प्रभु (परमात्मा) न तो लोक (जीवों) के लिए कर्तृत्व रचते हैं, न कर्म, और न कर्मों के फलों का संयोग। परन्तु स्वभाव (प्रकृति) (इन सबमें) प्रवृत्त होती है।
English Translation
The Lord (the Supreme Being) neither creates the sense of agency nor actions for the people, nor the union with the fruits of actions. Rather, it is nature (prakriti) that acts.
